Gypsy Grove is happy to provide custom pieces for you or a loved one.  We pride ourselves in our high quality and attention to detail.

Customization

Most pieces created by Gypsy Grove can be customized by request.  We are happy to recreate most pieces in a different color, gemstone, metal, etc.


Creation

If you are looking for something completely unique, we may be able to help.  Send us your ideas and specifications, and we'll see if we can accommodate.


Pricing

Each piece is priced according to the cost of the materials and time required to craft.  Some gemstones, findings, metals, and embellishments can be quite expensive.  The price of the custom piece will reflect those changes in cost.  You will always receive a price before the customization is began.


Shipping

Each custom ordered piece will be shipped at its completion.  I will always provide you with a time frame at the beginning of the process so that you will know about how long the creation of your piece will take.  If all materials are on hand, most pieces will ship within one week.


Payment

All custom orders are subject to a 50% deposit before production begins. When the piece is ready to ship, the remaining balance must be paid before the package is mailed.

Deposits are handled differently for every custom piece, depending on the price of materials involved. All deposit refund information will be disclosed before a deposit is requested.


Refunds and Exchanges

All custom orders are final.  No refunds or exchanges will be made.
